Magrosa.com merchant terms are designed to facilitate an appropriate mix of flexibility and security for merchants and their products and brands.

• ContentMagrosa.com will not allow publishing content of inappropriate nature on the web site. Any content deemed to be inappropriate will be removed from the site.Inappropriate content includes, sexually explicit content, any content offensive to a social group, race or gender. Merchant shall only upload content size that is within the limit of the merchant's chosen package.
• SellingSelling will only be available to merchants with subscription other than the BASIC package. Merchant will guarantee that all products and their respective quantities displayed on their Magrosa.com shop are available in their respective shop branches. Merchant is responsible for updating products and quantities on Magrosa.com to reflect their inventory. If merchant continuously breaches the availability term Magrosa.com reserves the right to suspend or remove completely the merchant shop from Magrosa.com, in accordance with the contract.
• Orders and deliveryMerchant shall provide delivery service if they charge for delivery on Magrosa.com. Delivery shall be made to the shipping address. Delivery shall be signed for. If merchant leaves the delivery without it being signed for, and beneficiary claims not to have seen the order, merchant shall be liable for the order and required to pay for any damages, including the cost of replacing the order for the customer. If merchant is using a Magrosa.com delivery merchant for the delivery service, the delivery merchant shall be responsible for orders that are left without being signed for.
• PaymentThe payment to merchant for the sales made on Magrosa.com shall be as per contract between Magrosa.com and merchant.
• Conflict resolutionIn the case that Magrosa.com gets into disagreements with merchant, the contract between merchant and Magrosa.com shall act as a guideline on responsibilities of Magrosa.com and merchant.
• Featured listings and Quick access listingsThe appearance of merchant's name,products,categories and country in the quick access menus and featured lists and pages shall be paid for separately. Free listings shall be available to merchant at Magrosa.com's discretion.
